I have a thing for songs that tell such a detailed narrative i canpicture them down to the scene changes. That just begins to describe"Die a Virgin" by The Divine Comedy. When a song pulls you into thestory so deeply you see yourself mouthing the words - as "Virgin" does- that's even better. I feel a special affinity with the singer because I too don't want to die a virgin, as I'm sure most of us do not want tosuffer such a fate. And when the song's super sexy on top of that? forget it!

Speaking of sexy, How sexy do you feel when you hear "Wig Wam Bam" by Sweet? Or is it ridiculous? -- it's one of the two. But I really think Sweet had something with their song about carnal native american relationships (is that racist? I can talk about it because I have native blood in my veins, so that makes Sweet the racists). I truly think Spinal Tap was based on Sweet, but that's for another post. GM said he spared me from sharing about an embarrassing song but i think i just shared about that anyway. Look, I just want to dance and i can do that with both songs - plus it's fun to say both titles in a sentence.
